Samantha is a Licensed Professional Counselor who strives to offer a safe haven for adults facing life transitions, identity development, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Samantha has a special place in her practice for survivors of domestic violence and those navigating addiction, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. She is also honored to work with members of the LGBT2QIA+ community.

Samantha uses a person-centered approach that fosters empathy, respect, and understanding. Her goal is to create a nurturing space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings while honoring their diverse backgrounds. She primarily uses evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based somatic practices. Samantha tailors sessions to each individual's needs, recognizing the importance of cultural sensitivity in the therapeutic process. ​
