Danielle Franz, LMFT
(she/her)

I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. Since 2012, I’ve held multiple roles in the mental health field including working alongside first responders, supporting new parents in the vulnerable postpartum period, and helping individuals navigate complex relationship dynamics and major life transitions.

My approach is grounded not only in clinical expertise but in real-life experience. I bring a deep understanding of what it means to face personal and professional adversity—and to grow through it. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in high-intensity settings, including emergency rooms, crisis negotiation teams, and specialized mental health units. I’ve also facilitated postpartum and wellness treatment groups and supported countless clients in rebuilding their sense of self during times of profound change.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and flexibility. I pull from a variety of evidence-based modalities including attachment theory, narrative therapy, existential therapy, and person-centered therapy. I believe that no two stories are the same, and I’m here to help you make sense of yours while building the tools and confidence to move forward.

Whether you’re navigating new parenthood, experiencing relationship strain, or working on healing from cumulative stress, I offer a space of compassion, insight, and collaboration.

Therapy with me is about honoring your resilience, exploring what’s no longer working, and building toward a life that feels more aligned, connected, and sustainable.
